Volunteered to interview with Channel 5 on behalf of my school to discuss the educational benefits of Simulation technology.
Guest Speaker at an I Am A Gentleman, Inc. meeting to discuss the possibilities of nursing school and a career in nursing. This non-profit provides young men with personal development classes and enrichment workshops.
Organized event in which Nursing Students and Alumni worked as volunteer medical support staff at the 2019 Chicago Spring Half Marathon.
Organized school's participation to provide community with blood pressure screenings and health education at Independence Park's 2019 Farmer's Market.
Partnered with students from Saint Francis School of Radiography to present on sterile technique strategies for perioperative team members to reduce surgical site infections in the Operating Room.
